Directions:
1. In a large pitcher (preferably a glass pitcher. Berries may stain a plastic pitcher), Combine all ingredients except club soda.
2.Cover tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours – overnight for a stronger sangria with plenty of berry flavors!
3. Preparing the glasses: Zest a blood orange and combine it with the sugar in a small bowl. Take the lemon and run it along the rim of the glasses. Then turn each glass over into the sugar to coat the rims generously.
4. Pour 3/4 cup of sangria and 1/4 club soda into each glass with a few ice cubes and of course the fruit. Use fruit as a garnish and fresh mint.
Serve immediately and let the party begin!
