These healthy smoothies are great drinks for all ages. If you are looking for not just cool but healthy smoothies, try these delicious refreshments this summer:
Honeydew Mimosas
Blend 1 cup ice with ½ honeydew and 1 tablespoon sugar; stir in 1 (750-ml) bottle of sparkling wine (4 servings).
Mango Smoothie
For a light morning meal, blend 1 cup chopped mango, ¼ cup low fat vanilla yogurt, 2 tablespoons orange-mango juice, 1/3 cup ice, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon lime juice.

Ultimate Rum Punch
Stir together ¾ cup golden rum, ½ cup coconut rum, 1/4 cup apricot brandy, 1 cup pineapple juice, ¾ cup orange juice, and ¼ cup grapefruit juice (6 servings).
