Ingredients
Makes 6 servings
- 6 ounces Spaghetti
- 1 pound Lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Softened butter
- 2 ounces Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh Tomatoes
- 6 ounce can Tomato paste
- 1/4 cup chopped Green bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon White sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
- 2 ½ quarts Boiling water

Preparation
- Pour one-tablespoon vegetable oil and two tablespoons salt into the boiling water. Then cook the spaghetti until they become tender.
- Drain the boiled spaghetti. Then, add eggs, Parmesan cheese, and butter.
Mix everything together and shape the mix into a crust in a greased pie plate of 10-inch size. Cover the upper surface of the crust with cottage cheese. - Set a big frying pan over medium-high heat and heat 1-tablespoon vegetable oil in it. Cook the beef on it with green pepper and onion. Stir until the beef turns completely brown. Mix in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, oregano, sugar, and ½-teaspoon salt.
- Spread the mixture over the crust’s cottage cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the pie uncovered for half an hour.
After that, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pie. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese starts bubbling. - Serve!
