Slow Cooker Meals: Cranberry Pork Recipe

Ingredients

16 ounce cranberry sauce

1/3 cup French salad dressing (homemade or readymade)

1 sliced onion

3 pounds boneless pork loin roast

In a medium bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, onion, and salad dressing. Put pork in slow the cooker, and cover with the sauce mixture.

Put the lid, and cook for 8 hours on low, or 4 hours on high. Pork is cooked when meat is tender. Serve with rice and onion rings.
