Are your bracelets, necklaces, and other ornaments have been spread all over the house or shoved into a drawer somewhere? If this is the case, you might have to wear the same pair of earrings or the same bracelet day after day because you cannot find where the others are or even forget that you own extra jewelry. So, what can be more amazing than making a DIY craft that you will give the solution for storing and displaying your favorite jewelry?
DIY Craft: How to Make a Twig Jewelry Holder
Image via: Homedit
This jewelry holder is made of driftwood and a few twigs that you can find in your backyard.
Materials
• Driftwood
• Some well-shaped twigs
• A drill
• Wood glue
• Water color to paint the twigs (optional)
Directions
The preparation of this DIY craft is really very simple.

• Clean up the driftwood and twigs with water or a cleanser and let them dry. After that, paint the twigs with various bright water colors. You can paint the driftwood too to make the holder more attractive.
• Use the drill to make some holes at equal distance on the driftwood. Carve out one side of each twig too so that they fit the holes. Thrust the twigs into the holes and help them stick there by applying wood glue.
• Hammer one nail on the wall and two others on the two sides of the driftwood’s upper surface. Now, fasten two sides of a string to the two nails on the driftwood. Finally, hang it on the wall by the string.

You can also make this DIY craft without the driftwood. Cut off the limbs from a bigger twig and tie several smaller twigs to it with copper wiring. It will be a natural and rustic way to display your small ornaments.

Oh my word, they are all totally stunning, what a fantastic way to keep your necklaces tidy and they are all on show, sometimes you forget the one right at the back of the drawer, but this way you will probably get more wear out of them, just by seeing them. I think the twigs are totally gorgeous too, you have created these magnificently, they on their own would make fantastic wall pieces, thanks so much for sharing and enspiring xxxxx
