Avocado Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:
4 servings
2 large avocados (pitted and peeled)
¼-cup skim milk
6 tablespoons honey
1-teaspoon espresso power or instant coffee
1-teaspoon vanilla extract
½-cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
For Garnish
Flaky sea salt
Orange zest
Toasted coconut flakes
Avocado Chocolate Pudding Directions:
- Blend avocado, honey, espresso powder, vanilla extract, skim milk, and cocoa powder by using a food processor. Blend until everything is mixed perfectly and the mixture is completely smooth.
- Remove the mixture in a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for minimum half an hour. You can chill it for overnight too.
- Transfer to cups and serve after garnishing with sea salt flakes, orange zest, and coconut flakes.
